EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
At NAYAB Spices, we currently offer product exchange or replacement but do not provide cash refunds.
1. What items can be exchanged?
- Incorrect product(s) delivered to the customer.
- Damaged product(s) received.
- Expired product(s).
2. When can items be exchanged?
- Items are eligible for exchange if the customer contacts us within 2 days of receiving the order.
3. How can I exchange my product(s)?
- To request an exchange or replacement, please contact our customer service team by email at info@nayabspices.com or call us at +92 321 4777757.
4. What if the customer receives the wrong quantity of products?
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the quantity is incorrect, notify the delivery rider and contact our customer service team without delay.
5. Conditions for items to be eligible for return/replacement:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
- NAYAB Spices reserves the right to reject any return that fails our quality inspection or is not returned in its original, unopened condition.
- Exchange of unsealed products is only allowed if there is a quality issue and the product is returned in original packaging, with a report made within 2 days of receipt.
- For opened products with quality issues, at least 90% of the product must remain for inspection. If less than 90% remains, we reserve the right to accept or reject the return.
6. How can I cancel my order?
- Our customer care team will confirm your order by phone before dispatch. You may cancel the order at this stage.
- Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery cannot be accepted.
